Every cabinet we sell is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. Below you’ll find warranty details for each brand we carry, plus information on how to file a claim if needed.
SOLLiD Cabinetry Warranty
SOLLiD Cabinetry stands behind their Arizona-made cabinets with a comprehensive manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Coverage Includes:
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Structural integrity of cabinet boxes
- Door and drawer front finish (under normal use)
- Hardware functionality (hinges, drawer slides)
Important: Minor imperfections that cannot be seen from over 3 feet away do not meet the warranty criteria. Please notify your sales rep before dropping off or mailing any items to be repaired.
ENVii Cabinetry Warranty
ENVii Cabinetry provides warranty coverage for their modern frameless cabinets, ensuring quality construction and finish durability.
Coverage Includes:
- Manufacturing defects in cabinet construction
- Thermofoil, laminate, and wood veneer finishes
- Soft-close hardware mechanisms
- European hinge functionality
DL Cabinetry Warranty
DL Cabinetry offers warranty protection on their ready-to-assemble cabinets, covering manufacturing defects and component quality.
Coverage Includes:
- Defects in cabinet components
- Door and drawer front quality
- Hardware included with cabinets
- Finish consistency and quality
Note:
DL Cabinetry cabinets are CARB2 compliant, meeting stringent standards for formaldehyde emissions and promoting healthier indoor air quality.
ROC & AVA Cabinetry
Warranty information for ROC Cabinetry and AVA Cabinetry will be added when these product lines launch. Both brands offer manufacturer warranties similar to our current RTA options.
What’s Typically NOT Covered
While warranties vary by manufacturer, the following are generally excluded from coverage:

Shipping Damage: Damage occurring during transit (file a claim with the carrier) -

Improper Installation: Issues caused by incorrect assembly or installation -

Modifications: Cabinets that have been altered, refinished, or modified -

Normal Wear: Natural aging, minor scratches, or wear from everyday use -

Environmental Damage: Water damage, humidity, heat, or chemical exposure -

Natural Wood Variations: Color variations in wood grain (this is natural, not a defect) -
✕
Minor Cosmetic Imperfections: Issues not visible from 3+ feet away
How to File a Warranty Claim
Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the defect or damage — both close-up and from a distance. If possible, photograph packaging before and after opening.
Gather Your Information
Have your order number, purchase date, and product details ready. This helps us locate your order quickly.
Contact Us
Email your photos and order information to [email protected] with “Warranty Claim” in the subject line.
We Review Your Claim
We’ll respond within 48 business hours with next steps. We may request additional photos or information.
Resolution
If approved, replacement parts or cabinets will be shipped at no charge. We’ll coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
📦 Shipping Damage? If your cabinets arrive damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt BEFORE signing, take photos immediately, and contact us within 48 hours. This is handled as a shipping claim, not a warranty claim.
