How We Ship Your Cabinets
1-5 Cabinets: | UPS/FedEx Ground – $150-300 |
6-10 Cabinets: | Small LTL Freight – $300-500 |
Full Kitchen (11+): | LTL Freight (Averitt/Estes) – $400-800 |
Orders Over $5,000: | FREE SHIPPING! |
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Lead Times:
- In-Stock Items: 7-10 business days
- Standard Orders: 6-8 weeks from order confirmation
- Custom Colors/Modifications: 8-10 weeks
- Rush Orders: 3-4 weeks (additional 25% rush fee)

What is LTL Freight?
LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight is how we ship full kitchens. Your cabinets are palletized, wrapped, and shipped via commercial truck. This is the safest, most cost-effective way to ship large orders.
Freight Delivery Options:
- Curbside Delivery (Standard): Driver delivers to curb/driveway – FREE
- Liftgate Service: For locations without loading dock – Add $75
- Inside Delivery: Driver brings inside first room – Add $150
- White Glove Service: Full placement in rooms – Add $350
- Appointment Delivery: Scheduled time window – Add $50
5. Delivery Process
What to Expect:
- Shipping Notification: You’ll receive tracking info when cabinets leave Atlanta
- Carrier Contact: Freight company calls 24 hours before delivery
- Delivery Day: Be available to receive and inspect shipment
- Inspection: Check all boxes before signing
- Documentation: Note any damage on delivery receipt

- You MUST be present to receive freight deliveries
- Inspect ALL boxes before driver leaves
- Take photos of any damage immediately
- Note damage on delivery receipt before signing

Despite our best efforts, shipping damage occasionally occurs. Here’s how we handle it:
If You Receive Damaged Cabinets:
- Document Everything: Photos of damaged boxes and products
- Note on Receipt: Write “Damaged” before signing

- Keep Everything: Don’t throw away packaging
My Promise: I’ll handle the freight claim and get replacements shipped from Atlanta ASAP at no cost to you.

Canada:
- We ship to all provinces from Atlanta
- Additional customs/duties may apply
- Add 2-3 weeks to delivery time

Live in a rural area? No problem! Our Atlanta distribution center ships nationwide:

Note: Remote locations may incur additional “beyond” charges from carriers. I’ll let you know the exact cost before shipping.
